Shipping Policy

Please do not accept a delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with. If such a package is accepted, it will be considered delivered in good condition.
2. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
3. We currently ship across India and to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on destination.
4. Shipping costs will be calculated during shipping.
5. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary for pre-order products.
6. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
7. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.
8. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or non-collection, the customer will bear any re-shipping costs. Refunds will not be provided in such cases. Store credit, if offered, may be adjusted for administrative or shipping expenses as per our returns policy.
9. International orders may take longer due to customs and operational processes. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
10. For domestic shipments, any additional levies imposed by authorities must be borne by the customer.
